WHO IS TOMMY SIMPSON?
WEALTH
With 20 years of education and work experience in the accounting, finance and property game I have a wealth of knowledge around wealth creation. I’ve owned homes, investment properties, renovated, managed development projects, negotiated the purchase and sale of properties and analysed countless development sites and investment properties. Unfortunately it hasn’t always been champagne and caviar.
I lost a lot of money when I got divorced and I almost went bankrupt.
I had to negotiate with multiple banks for years to avoid bankruptcy and came out of this turmoil late 2020. I’ve learnt some hard lessons the hard way. I’ve stared down the barrel of things nightmares are made of and have come out victorious. I was lucky enough to apprentice myself to some extremely successful property developers and entrepreneurs and to learn their secret sauce. I’m busy enjoying the sauce but I’m not greedy, I don’t want to keep it all to myself, I want to share it!
I didn’t Retire Rich by the time I was 30, in fact I had 2 kids and was going through divorce when I was 30. I don’t own a Lamborghini and I don’t have an extensive property portfolio giving me a passive income. I’m a white collar property professional and my entire academic and professional career has been focused on learning and understanding property and finance through the lens of an analyst. You could say I’m a property nerd. I’m in the process of building my portfolio with 2 purchases on the cards this year, currently invested in 1 development project and managing 8 other projects.

RELATIONSHIPS
I’ve been married, divorced, engaged a second time around, cheated on, lived the ultimate bachelor’s life, have been in all manner of relationships from casual, to committed, to open. I’ve experienced almost every permutation of love, intimacy and relationships imaginable and now I’ve come 180 degrees to long term celibacy.
I’ve spent a decade learning, practicing and educating myself about sex, relationships and communication.
There is nothing more important to me than connection with one’s significant other, and connection with the loved ones in a person’s life. Love and connection are what make everything in life more juicy and enjoyable. Having loving, passionate and communicative relationships is something that everyone deserves.

SELF EXPRESSION
I’ve worked in jobs that I’ve hated for years on end, and I’ve felt stuck in the rat race because of life’s commitments. I was beaten by life, depressed, going through divorce and financial catastrophe but somehow I survived.
Then I thrived. I put myself in uncomfortable situations to make myself grow.
I did stand up comedy. I learnt to draw. I attended social events where I knew no one. I did open mic rap battles. I sat in plant medicine ceremonies. I fasted 14 days straight with nothing but salt and water! The big one that cracked me wide open was learning to dance. Strip dance. And lap dance. On stage. As part of a dance crew.
Dance may not be your thing. But there is something out there that speaks to your soul and will crack you open the same way that dancing opened my flood gates of self-expression.
