It’s More Affordable to Buy Than Rent In Perth

According to Prop Track in October of 2023 home loan repayments were cheaper than rental payments for close to 80% of properties. When we combine this with the previous affordability trend in Perth discussed here we start to understand some of the reasons why Perth is experiencing such massive growth, and why we’ll continue to see plenty more growth in the medium term.
